With the warmer weather comes the opportunity to enjoy time together outside, and our party on the beach is coming up quickly.
We’re just 6 weeks away from Beach Bash, a celebration of the 10th anniversary of our state-of-the-art shelter, made possible by our generous community of donors. The shelter makes it possible for us to care for animals in a clean, spacious, welcoming environment while they wait for loving homes. Please join us Friday, May 30th, at the Galilee Beach Club in Narragansett for food, entertainment, and raffles in an extraordinary indoor/outdoor setting. After 177 days at ARRI, Saturn, a lovable and energetic dog, finally found her forever home. Saturn arrived at our shelter full of hope. Despite her long stay, she never lost her playful spirit or belief that her perfect match was out there.
A loving family, captivated by Saturn's story, visited our shelter and immediately bonded with her. It was evident that Saturn had found her forever home
Saturn's family says she settled in as if she's been there since day one.“We can’t thank you all enough for loving her until she found her forever home. We are so happy she is ours and has been loved by everyone she meets.” Saturn now enjoys cuddles, car adventures, and pup cups with her new family.
Leaving the shelter, Saturn began a new chapter filled with love, adventure, and belly rubs. Her story reminds us that the best things often come unexpectedly We're overjoyed to see Saturn finally find her forever home, and we wish her and her new family all the happiness in the world. |

Meet Noel – A Sweet Mama Ready for Her New Beginning!
Hello, I’m Noel! I may still be young, but I’ve already been a mama—and now that all my kittens have found loving homes, it’s finally my turn to shine.
My days are full of sweet purrs, playful pounces, and curious adventures as I explore every nook and cranny. Whether I’m batting around a toy or discovering a new cozy spot, I’m always finding fun in the little things.
When it’s time to wind down, I love nothing more than curling up next to a human friend for some gentle pets and cozy snuggles. They say I’m a total sweetheart—loving, playful, and oh-so-ready to find my forever family.
If you’re looking for a cat who will fill your home with affection, fun, and lots of heartwarming purrs, I might just be your perfect match. Let’s create a lifetime of memories together! |

Sunkist is doing great! He’s quite the spitfire and enjoys claiming the toys the kids leave haphazardly around the house as his own :) He and the dog don’t claim to be best friends, but they are comfortably co-existing. The kids love snuggling and playing with him, and he has taken to rotating beds throughout the night to share the kitten love.
